Refund policy
Returns + Exchanges
At shopashkho, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If, however, 15 days have gone after the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept "change of mind" returns or exchanges. Please keep in mind each product was handmade to order, slight variations from photos are only natural.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized products.
Refunds (if applicable)
To start a return, you can contact us at shopashkho@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, withing 3-5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
